I've been into the Deus showroom and they certainly have some awesome bikes in there but they are darn pricey.
The price on that Thruxton your showing there would set you back around $20,000 Aussie Dollars.

I'm not current on the exchange rate - what's that in U.S. green backs?

Very hard decision for me, but I'm really liking the 865 Street Tracker!

This is the company that Bonneville Performance sold parts to wholesale under the agreement that they sell them in Australia but give credit to Bonneville Performance for developing the parts. They did not...those carbs, exhaust, and big bore kits are all Bonneville Performance parts.

Are you serious? That's enough reason to take my business elsewhere. Pity, as I really like their bikes.

here is a quote from where I read about it, I'd post a link but all links to the Delphi forums seem to not work:
Quote:
Funny, that aside from the crashed-out gas tank, the bike looks surprisingly like the bike on our Start Page. Fancy that!
Well, no wonder, because nearly all the custom parts that Deus is taking credit for are from www.BonnevillePerformance.com, as are the performance parts on my bike (Start Page).
They got a reduced price for the parts in return for a promise of advertising of BP's products, but there is no mention of where they sourced the products.
They are not unfamiliar with a bit of hyperbole either: "Sounds bit like a spitfire with a sore tooth and will show a few litre rice burners the way to do it in style."
It sounds like they don't have it tuned properly because there is no "sore tooth" sound to my custom Bonnie, and only an idiot would believe that a 904 Bonneville will show a Jap liter bike anything but style. Perhaps a liter bike circa late '80s.
I don't think Deus will be getting any 1100 or 1200 kits, which will certainly push the circa date of liter bike comparisons into the '90s.
