just read a post about saddle bags in the forum,and was wondering has anyone given any thought to a venturer rack and bag, you can find there site on the net with pictures.
I don't like saddle bags to bulky, with the Ventura system ever thing is within the line of the bike, much better in traffic and they can be removed in seconds.
they are well mounted again in my opinion look better than bags. the bike handles better because there behind you within the line of the bike
in my view saddle bags look better on horses than bikes just kidding..

I had a Ventura Pack rack on my Moto-Guzzi V11 Sport. It worked great, I took a trip from Northeastern PA to Orange Beach Alabama via the Blue Ridge Pkwy. Sold it when I sold the Guzzi. I thought it was very well made.

Looks good to me. I'm going to have to get one of those systems. I don't like saddlebags either.

I started using the Ventura luggage system about ten years ago on a H**** NT650 and it works great. I'm now using it on my H**** CB900F and I highly recommend the system.
Easy on; easy off.
I've used the bags for many thousands of miles in all kinds of weather and they still look like new. Well made and very tough.
If you don't like the looks of the mounting rack for general riding around after you get where you're going, take it off and put the grab handle on and Bob's your uncle.
