It has been a full year since acquiring my first Triumph, my 2003 Speedmaster. She had 19,500km and a crankcase full of synthetic. My first ride was bringing her home 2.5 hours on the highway. Life has not been the same since. My experience has been more than positive and the s-eating grin on my face is priceless. Thanks to these forums for a wealth of information and a splash of humor! It seems you can have your cake and eat it, too.
