On May 4th and 5th....anyone from here going?

The 6th is the first Breakfast at Ephrata, we will be meeting at the dealership and making a breakfast stop n the way to see the bikes.

Pencil me in for the 6th, Trim. I'd like to get out to CAT as well for a carb tune up but I think I'm going to try to do that sometime this month.

I'm planning to ride to Ephrata on the 6th...unless it's gonna snow in May also.

First I've heard of it, but I would like to go. Where exactly is Capitol Area Triumph? It seems like I've heard of the Ephrata ride...

I'll have to make the next Ephrata meeting in June.
Morning temp of 50 degrees is just a little chilly for me.

One day I'm gonna invest in warm riding gear.

I made it to the dealership Saturday for the demo rides....it was my intention to help out the guy's and follow or lead rides. After speaking with the east coast rep for triumph it was clear that my help wasnt welcome, the guy is a phallus.

It was explained to me that under no circumstances was I permitted to ride my own machine...( even though guy's following rides were riding their own bikes for some 2 hours )...and I would need to wear a helmet.

Out of respect for the guy's that own the dealership I did'nt inform him that he could go around the corner and fornicate himself. Total jerk...

I'm tight with the guy's at C.A.T.

It wasnt the guy's from the dealership who had the issue, it was the triumph rep. Quote from the rep himself.." Anyone riding this ride must be on one of our bikes, must have a dot helmet, gloves and appropriate safety gear. They have to be riding triumph's, our triumph's."

Apparently they wish to look good in the eye's of the general population, which I obviously am not to terribly concerned about.

I wanted to ask him if he had seen my bike, and then follow up with why would I want to ride one of your's? :-D
