I can't help you with the year or the value, but that BSA is badass. I would take a crack at it.

They look like late 1950s or early 1960s. I am more certain of that concerning the Triumph.

I have narrowed the Bonnie down to 63 to 65.
Single down-tube was new in 63 & the tank parcel was used until 65. Everything else seems to fit those years.. I think???
Not sure on the Ariel though. It's a Square-Four, but no idea what year. Right now, I'm guessing a '57

The Ariel Square 4 is worth something... exactly what $ I don't know but those Ariels are rare and are collector bikes...does it run and is it original?
The Triumph is cool but not worth half of what that Ariel is worth...I just now looked up for you what a 1957 Ariel Square 4 goes for...this is what it said on the NADA guidlines which I have found are pretty accurate...
Excellent: $15,925
Very Good: $10,775
Good: $6,725
Fair: $4,150
Poor: N/A

the square 4 is a 58 or a 59. 59 was the last year for all 4 stroke ariels. the bonneville looks like a 65 because of the color. both bikes are worth buying if you can afford it. if they run as good as they look the pair would be a steal at anything less than 15k. at auction the bonneville would go for at least 7k. the ariel might go for 12k or higher. both bikes appear to be original and well taken care of. if you are only able to buy one get the bonneville. the ariel is rare but it won't appreciate as much in value as the triumph. the price of triumphs is going through the roof and no end is in sight.

That is definitely one of the later Ariel Square Fours (1000cc). Its great for concours/investment and has a smooth, but underwhelming motor. The Triumph looks like a '65 Bonneville (if the paintjob and seat is an indication). It looks pretty original...once restored, perhaps. I'd take the Arial for a collector, but the Triumph for a rider...
