OK not the bikes, mine. I have been having considerable back pain for some time between and around the shoulder blades. To make a long story short, I have been seeing a physical therapist and she has been loosening up the muscles in my neck and showed me some exercises
NECK which I believe have allowed me to turn my head an additional 5-7 degrees in either direction. This is a significant amount and I was unaware how limited my motion was. Certainly increases my lateral vision. If you are an old fart like me or spend a lot of time in front of a computer these exercises may be of use.
