What do people like to use for cargo nets on their rear seat? I have a standard Bonnie/T100 seat.

I just went to the bike shop and got the $5 special. It's lasted about 8 months (I leave it on all the time) in the Ca. sun. They all work and are dirt cheap.

Yep, the $5 special has worked for me the past year or so.

I've got two 12-packs under the thing - but you don't want to be stopping too fast.

I picked one up a Cycle Gear for about $10. They had cheaper ones, but I liked the the heavy duty plastic hooks. The cheaper ones had metal that I don't really want scratching my frame.

I just use the generic 6-hook net picked up for cheap money at the local bike shop. Nothing's fallen off the bike yet!

Extra Motorcycle: dya mean the one outside?
I sometimes go down to the local breakers yard (or "scrappie" as we call them round these parts) looking for bits for my car, etc. Whenever I do, I have a good poke around in the compartments for fuses and the likes. A couple of times, I've found some elastic cargo nets hidden/forgotten in the little compartments in the side walls of the boot (that's "trunk" to yal over the pond). The best so far, though, has been from my wifes Peugeot 306 - with the aid of a small bungee, it can easily secure a couple of 25kg bags of cement to the pillion seat. It now lives happily ever after in my tank bag.

Keef,

Sounds like a serious cargo net, but do you really want to be riding around with a hundred pounds of cement strapped to your bike? :???: :-D
