So I went to erico motorsports in Denver. Really cool shop, lost of vintage bikes. The salesman said the 2007 will not be here till December. Is that right? I want one sooner!

I just bought a black and red 2007 T100. Picked it up 10 days ago. Got 800 miles on it. Best bike I've owned since my last Bonnie in 1972. Took off the AI, am going to do pipes, but not in a hurry. I want it to sound like my old 68 650 Bonnie. Is that possible? :hammer:

... Oh yes. TORS, togas, staintunes - the list could go on - there are a good variety of cans out there for you to choose from.

YES Capital Area Triumph, great people to deal with! I live in up-state NY and deal with them rather then the one dealer we have 65-75 miles west of here. Anybody needing parts give them a call, I sure do!

You may want to try Foothills Triumph in Lakewood, they may have the 2007's in sooner. Be carefull with Erico a couple of years ago they tried to put me into a loan for 16% for a Bonnie (I was approved at Foothills for 4.9%).

Iceseven -

Thanks for the heads-up. I heard Foothills is one of the largest triumph dealers in north america. I haven't been there yet, but I think I'll stop by this week.

Yeah Foothills has treated me very well with bikes and service.

I worked out a deal at Erico on a Bonnie and I waited two hours (which pushed the time close to their closing time) for them to get the financing together and was shocked at a 16% rate through Triumph GE. The sales guy told me that motorcycle loans are similar to boat loans and are considered toy loans, I informed him that I had gotten approved for 4.9% through Triumph GE at Foothills and also told him that in 25 years of riding and six bikes I have never paid more than 7% then Erico's rate mysteriously began to come down! On a contract if the sales guy negoitiates a higher rate the dealer can keep the difference.

I complained to Triumph customer service about this practice

The guy to talk to at Foothills is Matthew, he is very fair.

Good luck.
