5:15AM - 67 degrees fahrenheit - finally! Its a beautiful thing when the temp finally drops below 70. This is a sign that the really enjoyable riding season in this part of Florida has begun.

I can relate... we had our first decent cool front here in Texas just the other day. The cool dry air only lasted about a day and a half, but another front is on the way down. The best season for riding is upon us!!!




PS: I'm trying to make amends for yesterday. I had a bad morning and tried to reply in a rush at lunch. Yes, I'm sorry for the Texas-size attitude wonderdog.

this week, it has been from 49 to 62 degrees in the morning. no rain at least. and only about 30 or so bugs per mile.

What sucks about it is when it's 60 in the morning and 95 in the afternoon.

It's a pain to dress appropriately for both situations.

I'll take a change of clothes anytime for those differences!

What I hate is 95 high in the afternoon and 87 low at night. Now that is something that becomes tiresome. Did I mention the coastal humidity?
