Just outta curiousity, if you don't mind me asking, what was custom about the shocks you ordered? Length, damping characteristics?

Could be Bellacorse dude is away,
tending to business,
or some'n.....
could be.
But plenty of facts have I,
to cast my vote of confidence for the gentleman who DID in fact answer your email,
AND help you.....
and get your business.
Though it should be said, we must remain grateful for having both of them to help us with our needs. Sometimes when ya just gots to get a fix, ya goes with the first available 'dealer' to hook ya up with that 'fix'......

Jeez, the last Newbonneville thread was bad enough, what was it like the 10th one?, now we have to pit vendors against each other?
9 times out of 10 if you didn't receive a return email it's because of a spam filter.
I've spent way too much money with both guys and they're both great, knowledgeable, helpful, etc.
ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGH!

Didn't Bellacourse shut down for a while to catch up? You could order but no shipments?
Hmm.
Or that spam filter thing.

Excuse me for responding. It was not as a defense of Bellacourse, but rather a possible reason for no response. I've not done business with Bellacorse so have no facts to offer.
Nerves seem to be getting a tad frayed here.
Goodbye.

Pat,
You are absolutely correct. But given the option I'll get my parts from New Bonneville before all others.
Sweatmachine,
If you don't like this thread, my suggestion is don't participate. It's called "Just the Facts" and your opinions are useless to me anyway. Besides, I have a direct email for both vendors. I've bought things from both in the past, with better service from New Bonneville each and every time. So your spam filter theory holds no water.
ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGH! Right back at you. Try to stop being a know-it-all, all the freakin time, would ya.

Hey road_dog......your crying and complaining is useless to all of us. Don't bash someone for trying to offer an explaination.
By calling the thread "just the facts", would that make you the "know it all"???? Just a thought.
Lots of us have done successful business with both vendors with prompt replies.
Try not to bad mouth our Bonneville aftermarket vendors...thanks duder.
 :-g

If you're not offended by four letter words see this: Picture I didn't want to post it, as there isn't much cursing here, but I think it would be appropriate for this thread.
