Words and pictures can't do it justice.
Go take one for a test drive. :-D
Here's a few pics of my last trip. Where Vstroms fear to tread.
I've got next weekend off and planning another northern jaunt.

You're probably not missing much if you have a Buell AND a ktm, except perhaps the emotional bond I have with my Scrambler (despite it's faults) Nearly a year later I still miss my T'bird sport, feel like I gave my dog away, so I'll not be parting with my Scrambler. Anyhow, here's my bike at Rhencullen last week, before the start of the junior Manx gp:
It's just an ordinary Rentec for a Bonneville, I got it some time ago from Mototwin. If I can predict your next question, it needs 'mallycoutered' somewhat to allow it to fit the Scrambler. I did this with a builder's mash hammer, here's the result viewed from above:
Decided to go for a ride this evening.
Drove about 60km out of town and did a quick 30km of old logging roads.
My buddy with the Vstrom decided not to join me. Hmmm... :nana:
That's Work Channel (pacific ocean) in the back ground.
I can't remember the name of this lake (don't have the map handy).
Twistys, Scrambler style!
Ugly bit of road. Definately more fun riding up than down :wow:
