Hi Guys - I've read where a few people claim that they are not getting email replies from us. We reply to 100% of emails that warrant a reply (questions, order status, suggestions, tech help, etc.). Since our email address is sales @ newbonneville.com, I think the culprit is spam blockers that see the word "sales" and kick it out. Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail and Comcast seem to be the worst at this. If you email us for any reason, please take the time to add "newbonneville.com" as a trusted domain (whitelist) in the spam settings of the email software that you use.

Thanks!

-brent

Hey Guys, NewBonneville.com has my endorsement 100%.

I've never experienced a single problem with these guys.

Absolutely love 'em. :upthumb: Keep up the good work Brent.

I think their address is listed on the site, no?

One thing I do (since I use hotmail) is to add places like Brent's e-mail to my addressbook, so hotmail knows it is ok.

So far I have received nothing but the best service from
New Bonneville .com. I placed an order just last night.
And I will continue doing business with you guys.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks Bill

Nothing but praise here as well. Brent and the folks at New Bonneville have been great to work with on the 4 orders I have placed.

I would highly recommend them.

I've ordered several items on different occasions from Brent and have had a great experience with NB. And yes, he does reply all emails! Keep up the good work Brent.

Hi,
I did have a small delay owing to a paypal payment being missed. However had a very positive response from Brett and now have the goods. I can concur with all positive comments made about newbonneville, just wish they were this side of the pond.
