You can't simply paste pics into a message. You need to upload them to a web server and then paste the URL (web address) into the dialog box that comes up when you click the black IMAGE button - this will create the proper code inside the post for the image to display properly.

If you need a webserver to host the picture try photobucket.com. It's free.
