I know we have lots of folks on Triumph twins in the SF Bay Area. In fact, I saw two of you blasting by on Bonnies while I was fueling up at the corner of Lawrence/Quito and Saratoga on my way to work this morning.

So is anyone interested in small-group rides around here? I'm thinking just a few bikes, since I am not a logistics guy, but sometimes it would be fun to ride with others.

Any takers please post here or message me through Triumphrat.net.

Great idea, English. I'd love to go riding. My disclaimer is that I'm getting married in a month, so my schedule is full, to say the least. I'll have to take a backseat and play it by ear as far as scheduling.

That said, I'm down for rides any time I can. And maybe as our numbers grow (or simply congregate), we could have a bike night at some local pub/coffee shop.

Just throwing out ideas and support...

cheers,
paul

I actually just bought my Bonnie. Unfortunately this is my first bike so I would be a major drag on the group with my newbie skill set. Its nice to know that there are other owners who go for rides in the area

Doggone it, my T100 is still in the shop! It's waiting for the correct rear pulley for the belt drive conversion; the one he sent has the wrong bolt hole pattern. I don't know when I'll be getting it, but I'll be ready for a weekend ride as soon as I do!

Should I put up a post when the day comes?

May join the events on 22 or 8/4-6. Is this through RAT at Mountain View? I'm not an active RAT member.

I don't quite know if we're "The Mild Bunch" or "The Presidents", I think we're actually both. And we don't need no approval from RATs, but we wouldn't turn a RATter away..... Let's just say that WE RUN OUR OWN, WE ARE OUR OWN "NON-CLUB" club!

And our numbers are increasing, we are growing, we are a monthly phenomenon throughout the Bay, Northern, and Central California! I am not an official spokesman for the guys, but it is said that if and when a rider participates in three "official" rides (we do impromptu rides too), that rider himself also becomes..... a "President".

Here's an image captured at a little ride we did a couple months ago:

Well said Pat......

We don't have any meetings, nobody pays any dues, no rules and after three rides your a "president" just like the rest.

Check the ego at the door and have fun....

Oh and no sponser....
