Ok Daz, You've corrupted me.

I ordered all kinds of geegoggs from NewSpeedmaster.com. AI removal kit, Iridium plugs (just in case I screw up the plugs side gapping) And bunch of other stuff I can't remember that hasn't been unboxed yet.(don't want to ruin the surprise). should I re jet after I remove the "AI" and if so what size?

Thanks.

Spanky.

You don't need to rejet to romove the AI. It has no effect on performance . It simply helps keep pipes from blueing and relieves popping on decel sometimes. And speedys have double walled header. the pipe you see insn't the actual header, it's a cover. so they tend not to blue unless it runs REAL hot. But AI removal is a nedcessity if you get aftermarket pipes and mod the airbox which you WILL do eventually. :-D Have fun, you've just begun !
