I thought i'd start a thread since many of you so cal guys might not have seen the other thread that turned into a roll call for this idea. So who would be up for this? Maybe saturday if that suits everyone who wants to go. We were talking about getting as many of us together as possible and meeting at the base of the crest highway (2) and the 210 freeway at the shell station and heading up to newcombs to show those sporty riders what a real motorcycle looks like. :-D

If we can round up say 5 guys at least i'm definatly in, but it would be great to get a dozen or more britsickles to assault newcombs and brighten the place up with some true brit iron !!! What ye all say?

Anyone who is contemplating going, post the days you CAN go and the one thats best for you and the time you can be there. We would probably have to get some cell phone communication happening that day in case some don't get there on time so we'd know to wait if they are just late. And those who for whatever reason can't make it last minute could let the rest know. I don't have a cell, but hopeully at least one person who gets there on time will, and that phone can be used for cancellations or those who may be late to call.

If you are close enough to go, consider it please ! It would be great to get a huge triumph gathering heading up the crest. An independant RAT gathering if you will...

Can't do the 4th (its a Tuesday) but a Saturday, Sunday run to breakfast would be cool.

Ok, so looks like you guys are in. (MES, boboso) And from the other thread it looks like speedofsound, Raven, and torquenm may be too, but they probably haven't been online since i posted this thread. But if all mentioned showed there'd be 6 of us so far. And i'm sure we'll get more once everyone's had a chance to see this thread. And don't worry boboso, i'm not up for the 4th and i'm sure most everyone else isn't either. (many will be celebrating the 4th plus it's a day when alcohol tends to find it's way into many cagers) Saturday sounds good to me. So does breakfast, assuming everyone can make it early enough.

Of course that friggin meatwagon had to go and have his anniversary on that weekend. What...... Marriage is more important than a triumph run ?! :-D (hmmm....better add a few more smilies to be safe) :-D :-D :-D

Oh yea.......Bob....i think you got lost in the wrong thread. Oklahoma would make for a very long ride, but you're certainly welcome if you don't mind the 2k jaunt or whatever it is.

What do you need? I'm not sure there really IS any info at this point tho other than the 4th of july weekend, probably saturday. Thats what the thread is for....to find out who wants to go and when they can.
