Curious as to whether anyone has purchased the Scrambler fairing/bug screen. If so, does it help reduce the wind blast at all?

yes, i have the clear fly screen, i think it helps with overall aerodynamics/windnoise. i've heard that the summer screen causes a lot of windnoise around 50 mph, so i went w/ the flyscreen. looks pretty good too.
