Does it seem like this is the Winter That Will Never End here in the great NW to any of you other Washington guys? Maybe its just that I am eager to ride in the sun, but it seems like the rain is never gionna stop! I still ride, but its sooooo much nicer in the sun.

By all means you riders in the (great) NW must make hay while the sun shines. My daughter and son in law live outside Portland unfortunately and are forever complaining about how miserable the weather (rain) is out there. Very nice but all too brief of a summer. Their friends in Seattle are jealous if you can imagine that. They say the weather in Wash. state is actually worse than Oregon.

I'll say this, when it is sunny out there it is generally beautiful. Of course then there's Arizona. I just spent a week in Scottsdale.....no thanks.

Ray - don't worry about it. My bikes usually lose that showroom look after the first couple thousand miles. But I keep after them with general cleaning and waxing, and when they're several years old, though they don't glisten and sparkle like new, they look cared for.
