I haven't seen them anywhere other than an authorized Triumph dealers online, or otherwise unless someone is selling a set on e-Bay.

Hey there...No info on where to get the Triumph rails, but I also need some saddlebag supports. I don't like the idea of alnmost $200 for some chromed bent tubes, so I'm gonna try a set of these. I ordered them yesterday, hopefully gonna have them within a week or two. They only cost a little more than $50 with shipping, and look like they might work. Rask Cycle has them, they are listed as being for all British bikes, although I thik they are referring to the old ones. Still, the Bonnie is similar in construction to the old bikes, I think they might fit. Long story short, if you are not in a hurry to get them, wait a bit and I will post whether or not these work, we'll see if I just blew $50 or not!

Last few weeks a few Triumph pannier rails have come up on e-bay. The bare rails have gone for £70.00 used but I was surprised to see a set complete with Triumph fabric panniers go for £107.00
I have not seen the rails as a new Triumph accessory, do they come with the panniers?

I have a set of Triumph panniers for my America.

When they're on they look really smart....

But anyway, the reason why I'm typing here. The frames come with the panniers.

However on the bottom of the instructions that come with them it has part number A9901055. Try going to you dealer with that and see what they say.

Hope it helps.
