Thanks to Brent, I bought more than just the manual, so heres my question..

Do I have to do any other modifications to the air box when I remove the air injection?

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Spanky.

Only thing is to put the plug in the hole that the hose came out of.
Maybe pull out the snorkel, easy to put back if you don't like it out.

Spanky, (Love that alias brother...)

If you are just removing the AI and have the removal kit from Brent then you just need to following the instructions, no modification to the Air Box is required...

You proly should glue the, what is it - 11/16" or 15/16", air box plug u put in, as after some backfire burps, the bike's cough will expectorate it, and it will be lost forever. If not, you can pick another one up for about .50 cents at a hardware store that carries them, in the future... :-D

You can also cut the hose with a few inches left and fill it with silicone or bolt/hoseclamp the end.
