So, I recently decided to do all of these little soup up things I keep reading about.

I got into a situation where I needed to go a faster than the bike would allow, and I didnt much like the feeling.

SO, I guess I'll be testing what so many people have said about fattening the mix up, air box mods, filters, exhaust, air injection and so forth.

we'll just see about how well these suggestions do!

Plus..it's at 500 miles..may as well start a NEW hobby...besides the mountain biking, the running, the Bronco, the ....etc, etc, etc....

This Friday: Jets, air filter and air injection schtuff shall be ordered...

AND..the exhaust..since I worry about the sounds, I've gotta snoop around my area to find others whove mussed with it before I run out and drop the quid on a few bent tubes...

i still cant figure out why 2 stupid mufflers for these things cost more than a whole automotive custom system...must be the shineyness...bling bling.

oh well...here I go!!

You could probably do with uprating the suspension and brakes if you're planning performance enhancements. Depends just how far you want to go though.... Others are probably better informed than I am on the most 'bangs per buck' in terms of engine / exhaust / airbox improvements. No doubt you'll get some useful answers soon!

Dumping the A.I. will not make you go any faster, and a new air filter by itself will not make much of a change. The quickest way to add more power is by replacing the pipes.

I'm not sure is you have a standard Bonnie, or T-100, but if you have a standard Bonnie you should also order Thrux needles.

Here is the rundown of the "level 1" mods that most do for more power. Everything here is easily reversible.

SS Carb screws-stock screws suck!
Uni or K&N Air filter
Pull snorkel
Polaris or NH Bellmouth
Jets
Pipes
Needles and shims.
