I ordered some staintune teardrop pipes for my T100 on 22 Feb, thru Exotic Sportbike online ordering. I can't get a decent status from them. You can't talk to a real person. I'm also stuck because they have a 20% cancellation fee. This really sux. Anybody else had problems with Exotic Sportbike. Any suggestions, maybe I should have a beer

has your card been charged? I'd call the credit card company and tell your situation. they can cancel that or at least help.

Cancel the order and do a stop-payment on their restocking fee. Your credit card co should be able to do that. That is rediculous.

Phone the credit card company, they need to reverse the charges. The company you are dealing with seem to be a bunch of crooks. This c..ra.p seems to be happening a lot. That's why I don't like mail ordering companies.

If you do a chargeback with your credit card, the bank will remove the full amount directly from their account and credit your account. Pretty easy to do, actually. Call the bank who issued your card.

They can say they will charge you restocking fees or whatever, but there really isnt a ***** thing they can do about it once the bank does the chargeback.

Every one gave you good advice so now I'll give you mine.

After you follow they're advice have a vodka martini with Ice Blue Vodka and a garlic stuffed olive, then things will get better. :hihi:
