Some info that might help out!
As I did not get a kit to do AI mod I grabbed all the parts locally. I have read a couple of threads here where after awhile the black nipples on the carb and manifold go hard and crack! ( No my bike is not pregnant)!!! haha
You can get them exactly the same design from a Kawasaki Dealer and they are cheaper than what the Triumph Dealer had in stock.
Kawasaki Part No. 92068006 (Gather this is worldwide)
Hope it helps someone............
Cheers Jam

Wish you'd poted this about 8 hours earlier ! My last one was cracking bad so i bought some today at lunch. Oh well, guess i'll wait till i'm near the only Kawi dealer in my area and try and remember to pick some up. Hopefully they'll last ! the ones i normally buy from pep boys or auto zone last about 2 months.

I don't recommend the ones from auto parts stores. I finally bought a half-dozen from the Triumph dealer at $0.75 each. Worth the small change to not have to keep checking them for cracking.

Yep, but the nearest dealer is 70 miles away and ordering them online would cost probably $7 for shipping. (thats what 2 jets cost me) Unfortunatly i didn't think about it the other day when i ordered a part from palm beach triumph or i could have had them add a few nips

Just for the record
The ones I got from Kawasaki are exactly the same as the Triumph ones on my bike. I closely examined them.
Same for me the dealer is miles away so easier to slip into somewhere closer. I tried Honda, Susuki, KTM and Yamaha but theirs were not the same as the ones from Kawasaki.
Dealer mentioned that the carbs for the Kawasaki are from Japan (I know nothing about riceburners) same as our Bonnie carbs.
Cheers Jam

Go to a good hardware store (Lowes & Home Depot as well) and get some silicone screw covers (come in black and a variety of colors). These seem to be holding up much better than the standard rubber ones.

Be careful. There are many rubber compounds and not all
are impervious to gas/oil.
