I ordered mine from Steve in the UK on the 28th of April and received it in less than a week. I was expecting a padded envelope, but it looks like he's got spiffy new packaging.
Anyway, the install was mind-numbingly easy. I didn't even have any real problems getting the rubber grommets in the screen's mounting holes --instructions recommend dipping them in very hot water to soften them up, but I just twisted them in.
I took a short ride that warm, calm evening, but never really got above 50mph and only for a short stretch. Not a particularly huge difference.
Then, this past Sunday, rode to the beach with a fellow board member (rides a Sprint) to visit the Triumph trailer and encountered some pretty cold, windy conditions and speeds -urm.. above the posted limit. The screen makes a significant difference in keeping the wind off one's chest (as previously noted) and if I leaned over my tank and assumed the "Hey! I'm riding a Thruxton!" position, I was feeling pretty good.
The screen looks great, works as well as I was hoping for and was a cinch to bolt on. Definitely a keeper!
Next up: cafe handlebars! Far off: rear sets.

P.S. Steve seems like a really good guy as well.
