I have only had my T100 for a couple of weeks now. I installed a full system BUB exhaust from the heads back. Today I had the air box deleted and 150 main jets, Hagon shocks and front springs. Man this is a different bike. It rides much better and runs WOW it runs unbelievable for a stock engine and sounds FANTASTIC. It turned some heads today. I also installed the chrome cam covers and the center stand is in the garage waiting on installation. I have a Corbin Smuggler on the way and I am sure some more chrome is in the future. I am really enjoying this bike more than all the past Harleys...

i have the bubs as well and love them,, due to the fact that i ride rain or shine to get to work,, i kept the airbox, but dremmeled everything out of it and got rid of the snorkel,, i do mean everything,, i'm running 130s with the thruxton needles, and like you said it's a different bike, just put on some pirelli demons and love them.
next up will be shocks and then i'm doing big bore at the end of the summer

How did you delete the airbox? A kit or homemade job?

The dealer did it. This older tech with a lot of Triumph experience did the work. I was kinda in a hurry and didn't talk to Jim about it.

Can you describe how the front springs changed the ride?

The bike feels more stable and less bouncy. I do not notice the bumps in the road that would jar me before I replaced the shocks and springs.

I keep telling myself that I prefer my bike to remain stock. Actually I just have an aversion to spending money. BUB exhaust $577.95 (on the BUB site). WOW!

Sorry to be so rude to ask… BUT. Whatja spend?
