For those of you who wear eyeglasses, how'd you solve the wind problem?
Prescription goggles?
Full face helmet?
Slower speeds and lots of squinting?

Glasses or no glasses, always a full face helmet. Palmetto bugs are no fun.

If you wear glasses (as I do), you'll find that the 'flip-up' modular helmets are MUCH easier to get on and off while wearing them. I have a Zeus 508 and love it.

I agree, I have a full face flip up Nolan and its so much nicer. My old helmet required me to take off my glasses before putting it on. This new one just slides on over the specs and then I flip the front down.

cheers, jason

I'm think about getting goggles that fit over glasses. Not sure how much hassle they'll be getting them on though. Seems a bit strange to wear a full face on a Bonnie!

I get claustraphobic in the full face huggers. With the jacket situation requiring different set-up for summer and winter; I like to have options on my helmet too. I use the old "police" style helmet stripped down on a hot day and have earflap, peak and 5 snap clear shield on for cold weather. You have to add the bottom snap to the new lids now tho.

full face helment. Got a Shoei RF-1000. For me was most comfortable w/glasses on.
Downside is have to take glasses on/off when putting on/removing helment.
Best to go to dealer and try a bunch to see which feels the best.

I fitted a full Avon touring fairing to all my road bikes...Alas no longer available Although a handlebar fairing that is a copy of the old avon fairing is available for Enfields. It is one of the major reasons for my current choice of bike... A flip up helmet screen is also an option. I physically cannot wear the full face helmets, as i cant get my specs on after putting on, and can put on with my specs on. perhaps the large lenses are something to do with that, but they do give a wider field of view.
