I'm having a major rust problem on my bike for it being so new. My biggest problem is with the header/exhaust manafold bolts. They look like thier off of some old shipwreck. Anyone else having this problem?

yes, living about 3 blocks from the ocean i think is the problem. The oiler cooler fittings are rusting the worst. as well as the spokes

I'm sure the beach is my problem too, but for *****'s sake thats fast. At this rate It'll be a heap of rust in a couple of years. :cry:

One way to stop corrosion is to wipe all the vulnerable parts with an oily rag, although maybe we were just wiping off the surplus

MotoTwin makes stanless clamps and bolts for the header/exhaust.
