The centennial T100 was originally to be buit as 2002's to mark the 100th aniversary of Triumph
But a fire at the plant stopped production therefore the paint and special decals were carried over in 2003
Several years ago there was alot of discussion on how many 2002's and 2003's were actually produced .. never did get any hard facts
some say only a 1000 or so 2002's were made

Post that over on The New Triumph Bonneville Forum by Delphi. Do a Goggle search for Delphi. There are 5 Centennial owners over there that could help you out.

Unless you are a collector and don't plan to ride it, then I really wouldn't worry about it being a rare bike. Certainly I wouldn't pay a premium for it. Mine's rare, a black Bonnie with a T100 tank, but if I ever sold it (not likely) I wouldn't try to get more money out of someone for that reason.
