The seat arrived (quickly I might add). Now it's time for the custom paint job. Too bad they don't offer other paint options.

Everyone seems to have problems attaching the seat. What is the key to this? Do I actually need to remove the bracket and add washers?

I had to relocate the rear bracket. It was off two inches. Sheet metal screws and some care, it works great.

They do offer paint options. Just ask them. I has two stripes like on the gas tank followed through the cowl. It looks super! Pictures posted soon...

Bosox... I had to shim my rear mounting bracket with a couple of washers to get it to sit right and install easier.

The nuts are attached to the seat pan, so it's no problem to take the bracket off and add the washers...

SCB, thanks I'll give it shot when I get it back from the bike painter.

ROBD, repost when as soon as you have the pics up! Corbin's service apparently depends on who you talk to. I clearly found the right person. I asked 4-5 different times on different occassions and got the same no response. One paint and one paint style only. I even sent them pics of the forest green bike on the forum. But nope.

The unpainted plus the custom paint job will come out less than the Corbin price. I'm going exactly with the same stripe continuation paint style. Can't wait...
