keep every reciept and find an accountant the knows what the hell he/she is doing - if you are going to do the ez forms you will get an ez way to loose your money

the tax code is f*cked if it wasn't everyday people could do there own taxes

If you haven't had it yet, just wait until bracket creep pushes you into AMT and your state and personal taxes are no longer deductible.

Wars and bridges in Alaska are very costly. I could bought Rocket 3s for the whole family with this year's taxes.

sorry to hear The IRS (or TheIRs) took all your play money.....sounds like it might be time to contact your representatives and see where they stand on the Fair Tax plan (HR 25)....

I know what you mean. I need to go spend another year in Iraq or visit Afghanistan. Tax free money is always good. Earning it is sometimes safer than riding in rush hour traffic.

Ouch, that hurts, and I know how much. $1500 to the state this year because of some BS withholding rule difference with the feds regarding my 403b.

To rub salt in the wound, $1,300 into car repairs yesterday -- think what that could have done for my Bonnie!
