Have any of you seen, and can you point me in the direction of, a horsepower/torque curve chart of a stock 790 cc bonnie?

Thanks,

Monte

A little Google'ing found these two:

Chart #1

and

Chart #2

Some days it isn't worth chewing through the restraints.

Well, that's embarrassing!! Like I couldn't Google it for myself. Funny, I figured it would be too specific a request. Should have known better. Thanks for doing my work for me, J.

Sorry,

Monte

Interesting, and what I suspected. It is hard for me to get used to not having a tach, but it seemed to me that the torque was about the same from about 40mph through 70mph, and the charts bear that out. She pulls an essentially flat torque curve from before 3K to almost 6.5K.

It feels like that, which means that the fact that I am not doing nearly as much shifting with the Bonnie as I do with the Nighthawk is simply because I really don't have to. I'll quit wondering if I am lugging her down too much - it doesn't feel like I am, and I guess I'm not, but in 5th below 55mph it feels like I should be. That's the problem with having two bikes you ride about the same amount that have widely differing torque curves.

Thank again, J.
