So I have the Polaris Bellmouth in my hands. MotoTwin SS Silencers on the bike with 128 mains, Ai removed. The bike runs great right now, so I'm considering not even installing it. I've watched someone pull the snorkel before and it did not look like it would go back in easy, so this is why I haven't tried the Bellmouth. Also, would I have to up my main jets or are 128s fine?

It goes back on easy. It couldn't hurt to put it on and try it.

Just pulling the snork is easy painless and quickly reversable;pull out push in.If ya like the way it goes, try the bellmouth.I have the Hyde bell ,it just has 3 small bolts holding it on ,real easy swap.Dunno about the Polaris, probably the same.
As for rejetting, let the butt dyno be your guide.Testing is fun.

no just the 128 mains, and a couple of shims which I didn't even use.

The Thruxton needles are one of those great improvement values...sort've like the Ikon fork springs. Fantastic bang for the buck. Highly recommended. The 128 mains should be ample, though you might wish to go to the #42 pilot jets, as well.

The snorkel is a big twist....3 seconds to remove......about 6 seconds to put back in. Go for it.

My Polaris Bellmouth arrived today at the dealer, but my UNI filter did not come in yet. Hopefully, I will have both tomorrow.
