Was looking at the National cycle shields for my T100

Deflector 15 x 15

Street Shield 17 x 16.5

Am 6' 1".

Looking for something to block wind and bugs (its almost love bug time in FLorida). With my height would the 17 be a better buy?????

Newbie needs help..............

Probably the taller shield.

I have a Givi A603, which is about the same size as the NC Deflector. I'm shorter than you, and I feel that it's a little short for me. I just hate the look of a big shield on this bike. Yes, I picked the shield mainly because of looks. I'm an idiot.

RT I have one on my T100. That 17 inch height is measured on the curve of the shield. It is actually only about 15 inches above the headlight. I'm only 5'9" so it is a good fit for me. Really does a good job of blocking the wind. I hated the interstate before I got the sheild and now I'll ride it all day. Really keeps the bugs off too. With your height I would actually recommend a taller one if they have it. The shield really looks good on the bike too. Not too big and not so small it isn't functional.

Parabellum Sport Shield.

They custom trim the height to your specs for free but you pay for shipping. I bought the 22 inch tall and am sending it back to be trimmed. I'm 6'. The 20 inch is supposed to be good to about 5'10", but you can get it trimmed to whatever works best for you.
