1. The tire may be at fault, but it is NOT because of the type of tire. Dirt bike tires are much more agressive than the scrambler tires and they don't wobble.
2. I would insist that the dealer fix the problem. If balancing the tire doesn't fix the problem, then the tire should be replaced. If a new tire doesn't fix the problem, then the whole wheel/hub assy should be replaced.
3. Front tires are kinda important on a motorcycle, so I would not be too patient with those that should be fixing the problem.
