As Tom said, there isn't a problem running tubeless tyres on the Bonneville's wheels with tubes in place. In fact, my 05 T100 came fitted with tubeless Metzelers from the factory. Apparently, the only proviso is that if the tyre is a radial you must use a tube suited to radial tyres. The rear on my bike is a radial whereas the front is a cross-ply. You might find

By the way, are you sure you want to use another Bridgestone BT45? I've not used them myself, but not many people seem to like them on the Bonneville. I could recommend the Metzelers (Lasertec) as a good match.
