Last night I went to my first local RAT Pack meeting. We met at the dealership (Jack Trebour) and 7 bikes followed by one driver rode a half hour to a brew pub & restaurant. Four more guys met us there.
It was really a blast. A great bunch of guys!

One of the cool things was the variety of bikes on the ride. 3 Rockets, a T-100, a T-Bird Sport, a Sprint and my Speedmaster.

It was noteworthy for me because it was the first time I had ridden with a group, and trip home was my first long ride in the dark.
I clearly have much to learn. lol


The RAT Pack is a good way of meeting other Triumph riders, learning about bikes and hearing about upcoming events and rides.

I attended the Ratlantans meeting this past Wednesday. It is an Atlanta-based RAT club.

I am not a member yet that I know of (I am sure I have some weird ritual to perform first or just get beat in..kidding.)

The meeting was fun and there were lots of bikes. If I were to guess I would say I saw at least 15 to 20 bikes.

Sounds like they have some good stuff planned.
