Great day for riding in eastern Connecticut. I did about 65 miles of backroads and easily saw over 100 bikes today. Many Harleys and Hondas but I was the only Triumph. When I stopped for gas a guy on a Harley did a double take and commented on how nice the new Bonneville looks.

My back end is sore around the tailbone - I can't wait for it to toughen up or the seat to break-in. Hope eveyone else had a good ride today.....

I finally was able to get out to my favorite mind clearing road today. Not really sunny out, but still kinda warm.I`m really starting to like these Avons. They`re getting scuffed in good now.Was able to take the turns 5-10mph faster than the "stones' allowed and a smoother ride to boot.Lots of bikes out here too. The extra light after work is gonna come in handy for the next few months. :-D

We had a mixed day in Chicago. I was able to get out for a couple hours in the afternoon before I had to get home before the Thunder storm hit.

I can't wait for more nice weather! Unfortunatly I will miss most of the spring riding due to work out of town.

G'day,

It was a beautiful sunny day today, high 60's and into 70's. Did about 130 miles through MD & PA. This week has been good with close to 900 miles of fun riding in MD, VA & PA. Vacation time is nice but does not make any money. Back to the grind tomorrow so I'll probably only get another 100 or so in.

Hey guys me too!? I went out for a ride on Sunday, it was good clear weather, warm with sunny spells. I only got hit twice by rain showers which were brief. A bit too windy but other than that very good. Makes a change from riding in snow and getting my bike covered in salt.

The main difference is, I'm in England.

We were out in North Eastern Connecticut, two Bonnies (one black std, one Tang & Opal T100), around the Putnam/Woodstock area. There were alot of bikes out, it was a nice day, but we didn't see anything other than Harleys and Goldies.
