I like the way Triumph etched their name into the Summer screen so I decided to put it on my own windshield made by Memphis Fats. First I scanned the logo and printed out the size I wanted. Next, I used double stick tape with just glue on it and stuck it onto the back of the print. I peeled the backing off the glue and stuck the print to some 2" vinyl tape {the vinyl tape will eventually be the stencil for the windshield}. Next I stuck the vinyl tape to the backing used for the double stick tape. I cut the lettering out with a razor blade and peeled the vinyl tape back off of the sticky tape backing. I measured the center point I wanted to use on the windshield and stuck the tape to the windshield.

Next I masked off the stencil and sand blasted the lettering with a $12.00 sand blaster hooked up to a cheap compressor.

I peeled the stencil off and here's a pic of the final product.

Beautiful job.

Man, you guys are talented.

Quick, though, get that garage cleaned up before Ridge sees it.

I thought that was your living room...and, in a way, I guess it is!
