Has anyone put the aluminum rear sprocket on their bike? I think it would look pretty cool (the black) but wonder about the strength of the aluminum. Any input here?

Strong enough for my 180hp Bonnie, go for it.

I've heard that they wear really quick (from a dealer), but I think that he's think of a my bike being 150hp sport bike....with me doing wheelies all over the place.

Give the Titan Tough version a try....

How's that bonnie turbo kit? Cost? difficulty of install? rideability? reliability?

Thanks

I had one on my 750 and it worked just fine. I now have a stock one on it in order to keep it original.

I have a black one on order. I haven't heard of a problem with them. They're a couple pounds lighter too. Anything would be an improvement over the stock one!

I made my own kit, but I don't have any kits for sale, only complete bikes. Might come a kit in the future.
Boostisgood.com has one though, don't know much about it.
But at least I know that a Bonnie with 100-110hp at the wheel has no problems, and that 160hp at the wheel is hard on the bearings and clutch basket. For the road I would stick with 100hp, the torque is brutal
