Actually, I have the pics but dont know how to post yet. Its a black 05 speedmaster with custom wheels and tires and other stuff. I've been lurking for a few months and decided to finally post. This site is a tremendous resource. Im in SoCal....most all the work was done through Matt and the guys at South Bay Triumph.

Anyway, if i can get the pics up tonight I will.

OK, where's the front fender, where did you get that seat (I want one) and which pipes are those?

The seat is from newspeedmaster.com, not the cushiest around but you really sit IN the bike not ON it(?)which I like.

Pipes are BUBs slash cuts. Great sound. I have the British Customs airbox removal kit too and it sounds loud. My neighbors are probably not thrilled. The bike is lowered front and back, I can grind the pipes pretty easy...kinda scary the first I heard the scraping sound!

As far as the fender, South Bay had a custom SM from the Motorcycle show and it was slammed in front with no fender and a big front tire and I thought it looked awesome. Went with a similar setup on mine.

This may be a really stupid question...but...(from one newbie to another)...are they any implications to removing the front fender. Can I just remove it? Is it that easy?

I really like the look of the bike with the front fender removed.

Your bike ROX!!!
