Dardoonk,

My prayers and sympathies go out to you and your family.

All...take it easy out there.

Dardoonk, I am very sorry to hear about your loss; it is never easy to bury a family member. My condolences.

I'm with Chuck, I'd be curious to know the circumstances regarding all of the fatalities --is there something to be learned from it?

Dardoonk, I, too, am sorry for your loss. A death in the family is a tragic thing to deal with and please know that others are feeling for you.

I've got the same thread going, I would be interested in learning more about what lead to the fatalities and what can be learned from them. I don't ride in heavy traffic or when there is a lot of motor vehicle activity and try avoiding the riding in blind spots, taking off immediately with green lights (wait and see if there's a red runner) and try my best to be as cautious as possible. We can only take care for ourselves and cannot control the other drivers out there and they are usually the ones to be frightened of.
