On Saturday I put down my deposit on a new 2006 Black and Red T-100! I've been posting here for quite a while and I wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions and help in deciding upon which bike to purchase. My dealer had just sold their last T100 the day before I showed up, but he has one coming in sometime in March. So, I will likely not be sleeping much between now and then eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new baby! I'll post pictures as soon as she arrives!

Yes, congratulations! This time last year I never thought I would own a T-100. I had my eye on a speed triple but kept checking out the ZX10R at the local Kawasaki dealer. One day I stopped in the Triumph dealer and I was smitten. I didn't need a ZX10R, I already own a Gixxer. The speed triple may have helped evolve the hooligan in me but what my soul needed was the the Black and White T-100. I've had several bikes in my life, however that ride home from the Triumph dealer ( a month after my first glance) was the most fun I've had in quite a while on a bike. I brought the Triumph home before Thanksgiving and haven't ridden the Gixxer since ( though I feel bad for her and don't mean any disrespect). Anyway, enjoy the bike, at least half as much as I am!

Congratulations, I couldn't have made a better choice myself. I picked up my black and red T-100 in late December and I just turned 1000 miles on Saturday. I ain't never had too much fun but this is about as close as it gets.

I don't think there are going to be very many T-100s sitting on show room floors later this year. In California the Black & White ones sold out early last year.

I'm not currently planning on any mods (other than the dealer removing the AI as part of the set up). I'm sure that will change shortly..... At this point, I'm just excited that the boss (wife) has finally agreed to the bike purchase!
