It's near that time again...I saw this product online and was wondering if this would work as an alternative to the old "Poke a Hole with a Screwdriver" method???

Anyone ever see/use this before??? For $7.00 USD might make life a little easier...

Thanks,

Frank

When I am not fortunate enough to have had the forsight to order a K&N (Has a hex nut welded to the bottom) I have used a similar Product I bought at Advanced (mine is just black plastic) with great results.

I found one at Pep Boys for 1.98...just changed my oil...worked like a charm...now I can use the PureOne filters that are supposed to be the best out there...I had a K&N...wasn't thrilled with the filtering...

They work great, I have a whole collection from previously owned cars. Pep Boys has a nice selection of the plastic ones, about $4 or so. Just take the filter of your choice in and match up the size.
