The 2006 Speedmasters are offering a color called Sunset Red. The 2005 was Tornado Red.
Does anyone have pictures of the difference in color?

The 05 red is identical to the 03, the 06 is more of a ruby/burgandy, and glossier, sorta metalic looking. I like it.

"Sorta" metallic? It either is or isn't, there ain't no in between. But if it IS metallic i'd love to see it. The reason i bought a blue speedy is because i don't like non-metallic colors and the blues was the only metallic. Now if they have red i'd love to see that. I may have considered red had it been metallic in the 05' model year.

Thanks for the heads-up on the Thruxton red.

No offense to the Thruxton or anyone, but I still like my Speedmaster's tornado red better.
