IMHO, go with what the factory put in--especially since they used the best--NGK. Your bike is low compression and should not be too hard on plugs. Being in an air-cooled engine may shorten the plug life a bit; however, your best "bang for the buck" is still the stock plug. Some recommend changing plugs every 6K miles; however, they should go twice that long in these engines. If you raise the compression ratio to 10.5:1 or greater, then you would want to change plugs more often.
