I don't love OCC...just flipped past their show (it's available in HD for some reason) and saw the "Lincoln" bike they did. The big guy was talking about how satisfying it was to "ride" the bike--he meant paddling it past the journos and rubberneckers at the car show.

They did spend a lot of time talking about the functionality of their high-end trailer and the display stand they were constructing for the show. No sense of irony, those guys.

The Lincoln bike was a colossal waste of time. they more or less admitted on the show that it was unrideable. Jr. could barely even reach the handlebars on the stupid thing.

The Europen tour of OCC was shown up here this week and last. Since I've been to England and France I wanted to see where they went - plus the factory tour.
Some of their behaviour was pretty bad (typical) and the tour of the Triumph factory was much too short. That was the main reason I watched the first show, but overall I enjoyed the travelog of both shows.
When we were in London it nearly killed me to not be able to go to the London Motorcycle Museum and the Ace Cafe. Too much to do and see to get it all in on one tour with the family so some things had to be dropped.
Oh well, something left for next time.
I'll have to confess that I sometimes find myself watching their show, but all that screaming and yelling usually turns me off. If walrus face would shut the hell up I might be able to stick it out for 60 minutes.

I like Mikey, but that's about it. Their bikes aren't exactly cutting edge, just customs with a bunch of junk welded on.
First few episodes were entertaining, now Jr's ego really turns me off. Their T.V. bikes are nothing but art, but they are not artists. My apologies too.

Ya, I'm sorry for everything, myself. BTW, exactly what is the appeal of 8 foot forks and trail measured in yards?

Loving Rock's phrasing here:

Awesome!

I'll just throw this out there- I actually enjoy the show. The show isn't great, but given the choice between watching bad tv shows about nothing in particular or a bad tv show about building a bike I'll pick the bike show everytime. So to all you guys that don't like it just change the channel and watch Oprah or one of the many home decorating programs out there.

You got a problem with Oprah? You gonna do something about it?

I gotta say, I don't mind it. Sure the bikes aren't my thing and the screaming is a bit over the top, but it's better than the news.

And besides, some of the biker build-offs that discovery used to show were sometimes interesting. The build-off between Arlen and Cory Ness was pretty cool.
