So how does that screen do at cutting wind and in what way? does it keep wind out of your helmet at all or just off your chest or what?

The link in your post only had an image tag on one side. i selected just the address which is ....

Then clicked the image button below the typing field when you're posting and pasted it in. It's really very simple especilly with photobucket. Of the 3 different choices you get under each of your pictures at photobucket, the top one is the address of the pic with no extra tags or anything. Just copy that and do as i said when you post here. Or you can select the one that has the BBcode image thag and just paste that into your post. Same thing except when you copy the simple address and click the image button when posting and enter it, it adds the image tags for you.
