I bought one of those too. Not sure how useful it will be if I have a breakdown.

Best tool kit is the yuppie tool kit: credit cards and a cell phone.

I haven't tried to put it under my seat yet. Does it actually fit without pinching wires and/or tubes?

I have always had these. Nice little kit and very well-made. I agree with others, unlikely you'll need, but nice to have something just in case (or for that matter, helping someone else).

A Triple A (AAA) membership and a Visa Card....the only time I ever needed was because of a nail in Knoxille.........
