I absolutely love my Bagster cover. I think it looks really sharp, plus the quality is great, and the tank-bag feels like it will last me forever. Dead quick to fit the tank bag, won't fall off, won't damage the tank, &c. I wouldn't own a bike without a bagster!
Saying that, I think a black cover on a white bike would look a bit crap. The cover, though a perfect fit, would still let bits of the white show through, around the badges, along the lower edge, around the petrol cap... Unimportant on a black-on-black combination, but the white bits would stick out like a sore thumb.
White bikes, though, do look cool. If I didn't have a black one, I'd probably want white.
(but black is faster.) :P

Didn't realise Demonic that the tank colour would show through at the edges, probably would look cack then. I do like the look of the leather on the tank though and of course there's the added benefits of having one, if I was to get a black bike I think I would get one, but an all white one would be too much I think n a bitch to keep clean and the knee pads and Triumph logo break up the white, so I don't think I would get one for a white bike.
Not keen on the two tone for mag wheels, it looks more T100 style to me.
I did consider the gold too, again modded in the simplistic, meaty way kinda like this...

So I guess I can work with any colour as long as I get the mods done in a hurry. I'm a firm believer in what's mean't to be will be, so it'll be interesting to see what turns up around the end of January and throughout February, then I can begin my search with the cash in my hand can't wait!!!

Agree with others, you should be patient and hold out for what you want, not settle for something. I know it took me a little while but well worth it.
I personally like the white bikes myself.
And yeah, with an orange stripe. Bitchin'.

As the owner of a black Bonnie, I had hoped for one that wasn't black, but the opportunity was there and I took it. I think the white with the knee pads looks smashing.
Having spent time in your country, do not hesitate. You have some beautiful countryside and mountains and the Bonneville is the right motorcycle to enjoy it!
Good luck!

Hi Ash,
I know how you feel.
That is a picture of my Black Scrambler on my Black Tundra the day I picked her up. All my rides have been black since as far back as I can remember. So my advice to you is go with what you really want but having said that- that white Bonnie is SWEET!
Whatever you decide, I'm sure you will enjoy it.
Oh, and by the way, I was about to commend you for your impeccable English until I read your profile.
