My manual doesn't have a part # but I have not found anything in it pertaining to an adaptive cycle for the bike.

It's on the bottom of the first page, just after the blue and white cover.

I finally found my manual edition and number - 3856566 issue 3. 08.2009. I went to the dealer earlier today to have it checked. No harm done. Thanks for all the advice on this.

They did know about the adaptive cycle, but of course they can reset everything electronically in seconds.

I had the baffles removed form my Arrows while I was there and they made some minor adjustments. Bike is running great.

I would be uncomfortable idling an air cooled bike for 20 minutes.

Good to hear the bike is running well and, with the baffles out it will actually sound like a Triumph now - enjoy!

Thanks. No to disable the AI. It is weird that my 2012 model bike came with an older edition of the manual. Oh well. Next time I do any sort of adaptation idling, I will definitely put my very large floor fan in front if the bike to keep things cooler.
